My client is a leading network solutions provider and are currently looking for a Network Support Analyst to work in a busy network management centre working shifts to provide a 24x7x365 monitoring, diagnosis and resolution service to a variety of significant customers with compliance to service level standards.
Any experience in configuring and using a service monitoring tool, such as HP Openview, knowledge of network infrastructure devices, such as Routers, Switches and Firewalls, or qualifications in Cisco, CCNA, CCNP will greatly enhance your application.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-disciplined, flexible and a strong team player with excellent communication and customer relation skills. You will need to be accurate and reliable in your work, and be able to think on your feet when the pressure is on.
